Yoga is the term used to explain a variety of different exercises that help us to be fit,healthy and peacefu.This type of yoga is possible for all ages and shown in TV many times.
Yoga is another word for meditation which are carried out to become calm and wise.A myth/belief has it that Buddha mediated for a long length of time and this made him very wise and calm.Yoga is many times used to end physlogical problems and stress but it is based on a lot of concentration that people chose smoking,drinking or sometimes drugs for fending these problems.In yoga lots of the time,the aim is to free our minds from all thoughts or be in a peaceful place in our minds.Unfortunately many children are unable to do this as they are too energetic to sit in one place for a long time.
Yoga is a very helpful to improve ourselves physically and mentally to become a better person.
