When you read this word fitness ,what comes to your mind? having big muscles,running,swimming,sports etc.Fitness is actually just being physically and mentally stronger,smarter and healthy.In fitness it doesnt' only mean jumping out and playing basketball for 10 hours but it means having good balance of everything.In fitness we have to eat a balanced diet study for a specific length of time and play and exercise for a suitable length of time.Being fit is an important part of life,it boosts our stamina a lot and it leads to a healthier ,happier and longer life
Mental fitness is being peaceful and healthy inside our mind.It also means being smarter and wise.Mental fitness can be achieved by carrying out yoga,pranic healing and reiki.
Physical fitness is being healthier in the sense of our bodies.It doesnt' mean having big muscles and a thin stomach but it means having more energy and stamina.Simple exercises like stretching,walking and flexing done regularly can help us a lot.
